Probably the best location of a restaurant in Silkeborg! The food is definitely worth a try as well! Very cozy and authentic restaurant with a lot of small rooms old wooden floors and a beautiful view to the lakes!
If you are going by the route-boats, don’t be worried about missing the last. The train is going just 5min walk from the restaurant and the staff will be more than helpful to help you get there.

248 JulsøvejProbably the best location of a restaurant in Silkeborg! The food is definitely worth a try as well! Very cozy and authentic restaurant with a lot of small rooms old wooden floors and a beautiful view to the lakes!

Take It up (!) the lakes, to Himmelbjerget (See other recommendation), walk the road to, historically the highest point of Denmark! Get your lunch at Ludvigslyst (recommendation), one of the stops on the way home!
