This is the closest restaurant to my house. It's like Texas Roadhouse if you've ever been. Steaks, salads, chicken, etc. I LOVE the onion rings!

This is a nice Italian restaurant on Davis Island. Great, authentic Italian food!

This restaurant has been around forever for good reason! There is the original in Ybor and another location in Tampa. I've only been to the one in Ybor. Live dancing on Saturdays, but make sure you make a reservation and tell them you want to see the performance as you can only see it in one room. 1905 salad, Steak- The Bambino, Stuffed Piquillo Peppers, everything I've had has been amazing!

Plan to have a rental car or use a rideshare service
Car rentals at the airport are pretty affordable, compared to other places I've travelled. That is the easiest (and often cheapest) way to get around.
If you can't rent a car, or don't want to, Uber and Lyft are recommended for this area. Typical wait time for a pick up is under 5 minutes. If you don't have accounts with either, you'll want to download the app and get your account set up so you're ready to go when you need a ride!
