Walking is the best way or taxi services.
There are scooters/razors as well as bicycles to rent around the city which is a fun way to travel throughout the downtown area.

Tipping is not mandatory, but recommended.
In some countries, service industry people are given higher wages and their tips are included in the bill . In Canada, tipping your server/bartender is not mandatory but highly recommended as both the minimum wage and tips are combined to make up their full wage.
