This is an amazing place. 5000 acres of untouched natural beauty. You can visit guests of the boys scout camps aor going bike riding or trail running. This place is amazing if you love the outdoors.

Muskegon Winter Sports Complex

I run the trails too. Its beautiful. Lost Lake is a family favourite.
My kids spent days of summer fun here. Its on all sports Twin Lake. Great fishing and kayaking by the way.
You can snacks and ice cream in the park store. Its got a great Coca Cola theme.
You can rent the hall and covered spaced. Great for family reunions etc.

Neighborhoods
These are local towns surrounding Twin Lake with lots of history, sightseeing, shopping, food and beverage to be had.
Downtown Muskegon is a great place to visit. Attractions include, farmers market, Frauenthal Theater, breweries, distilleries, museums. There is a bicycle path that will get you safely to Pere Marquette Beach, one of the finest in the country.

They have done a wonderful job creating an authentic Italian Restaurant. I go there all the time, even if its just for an espresso on the way home from work. I love the Touscan soup and selection of panini. The steak is ridiculous... so good.

Padley Park on West Lake. Family Beach. Beautiful Sunsets.
This is an existing neighborhood sized park located on 1.7 acres with 250 feet of approximate
frontage on the south edge of West Lake on West Lake Road, making it a popular water destination
for residents throughout the Township. Amenities include gravel parking area and two seasonal porta-jons. The site is predominantly open lawn with scattered trees along waters edge.

Anyone For a Run!?
For runners of of all ages and abilities, reach out to Run Muskegon on Facebook. They meet weekly year round at Pigeon Hill Brewing Company on Wednesday's at 6:30 pm. There are also weekend runs posted by members so watch out for them too. Trails are a favorite of mine. Hopefully I'll see you out there!!
