It's a truly amazing place with so many sights and from the Fishermen's Bastions with a stunning panoramic view of the City. Once you are there Matthias Church and the National Gallery as well as Ruszwurm Cake Shop (Cukrászda) are mandatory!

2 Szent György térIt's a truly amazing place with so many sights and from the Fishermen's Bastions with a stunning panoramic view of the City. Once you are there Matthias Church and the National Gallery as well as Ruszwurm Cake Shop (Cukrászda) are mandatory!

Lovely place to have a break in at the heart of a buzzing city!
Walk/Jog the circle if you wish to do some exercise or just sit on the river bank enjoying a beer or an ice-cream. You also find there an old monastery, a little zoo and a water tower. Enjoy LLLife there! It is one of my favourite places.

It is definitely one out of the 100 most wonderful buildings of the world, for me obviously the most wonderful:-) If you go there you'll certainly understand why. Even the Queen soloist Freddy Mercury intended to buy it;-)
