Aerial Tramway
1 დუტუ მეგრელის ქუჩაMy recommendation is to take the funicular to go to the amusement park, spend a couple of hours, and then take the walking path to go down to the city (hidden behind the parking lot) which is going directly to Mtatsminda Pantheon. Very nice view on the mountain.
The interior is very nice, watch out for the tombs of famous writers on the ground.
