This place is so cool!! You can sit outside enjoy lunch and dinner, have some of their home made beers (cute little local brewery) PLUS they have a real nice little coffee bar inside with some of the best home made treats!

Right next to Franscico's - only open for lunch - they also have outdoor seating. Very interesting menu, but very tasty- you may not have a restruants like this near you, so if you are adventurous try them out - the food is GOOD!

Camp Verde
Only open for lunch BUT a must if you are here in Kerrville - just a few miles out of town on Hwy 16. Please check it out - has an awesome history - great shopping and gifts. And for food - you will be very very happy with whatever you order - and oh my, the desserts are to die for! But you probably will need a to-go box, they give you such huge servings! They have out door seating - they have everything - you'll love this place!!!!!!!

More of a lounge atmosphere- they serve good food (there bucket of peel your own shrimp is great!!), they have sandwiches, flatbread pizza, mixed drinks and, of course, beer! Also a rather 'Sports Bar" with TV's - they also have a golden T golf game (56 courses).

This nature center is such an educational center for all members of the family. The grounds have one of the largest native Texas plant collections around. There is also acces from here to the 'island" at the park and to the walking trail - great place for an afternoon!
