The beer in this pub is brewed up the road at Helston in the Blue Anchor, where they've been making the stuff since medieval times! Out of the Blue is also a bit of a local museum with walls covered in old photographs f the people, places and stories of Porthleven.

Amazing mussel shack and bar by the sea owned by our mate Kelv. No bookings but worth a wait for fab food cooked by Vix. The squid and the chowder are amazing.

Serious coffee brewed ten minutes up the road in Helston. This was Origin's first coffee shop and they now have a few dotted around Cornwall as well as five and growing in London. There’s a new one close to us too. The De Bara cinnamon buns in here are also well worth investigating.... yum.
