Food Scene

Great little bistro with drinks, coffee, and really great food. Open early but doesn't start serving food until lunch time. Briefly closes in the afternoon but opens back up again later for the night shift. Be careful at night - it can be hard to find a place, especially if a football match is on!

Nice authentic street market where you can buy fruits and vegetables and also eat inside. They have many little outdoor cafes and the staff will try to pull you in every direction, but all of them are good. Nice options to try are the fish kefta tagine, couscous (on a Friday), and loubieh (white beans cooked in a sauce and served with bread).

Sightseeing

Its a place to get lost in. Try walking through the entrance of Bab Marrakech and walk all around. Rich history, hidden alleyways, and bustling daily commerce are all things to catch there. Have a cup of tea for 1dh and a doughnut to keep your energy for walking. Also a great place to buy souvenirs and cheap fruits and vegetables.
