It was packed last time when we went but the staff were accommodating, very friendly and spoke great English.
The burgers were top notch and the sweet potato fries were amazing.

One of the best places in Berlin too see live music.
Lots of the best smaller and mid-level acts come through here and the shows are almost always great. Good sound, nice layout so everyone can see.
Ticket prices are usually fair.

Worth every second of that wait in the rain and the potential rejection. So much so that there's a reason why people wait every night for this place.
Thank baby Jesus for those bouncers, it's an art what they do, and it creates the oddest environment of both "edgy" and friendly at the same time.
Forget what people on here say. Just go to the world's most famous techno club and try to get in. It's truly one of the best clubs of all time and you will experience a safari of hedonism like never before.

The sculptures consist of three humans leaning towards each other, the bodies of which are filled with hundreds of holes, the holes representative of "the molecules of all human beings coming together to create our existence”.

Love this space and this place... I can't help but notice though that everyone at the market selling "authentic whatever" are all white. Odd for such an ethnically rich market. In my view anyhow. Just expect such a place to be filled with vibrancy and mixed cultures and backgrounds to represent the products and food in sale... The Mauer park is exactly that.. Everyone from all backgrounds and culture get together, vibes, play music, chill and enjoy. Do also be careful to not just leave your bike hanging around. But I guess that goes for anywhere in most major cities. If you've not been, go. You'll not be disappointed.

Sundays here are freaking awesome. So many musicians playing their music or trying to play. Karaoke open air amphitheater where the average Joe can perform in front of millions... well a hundred plus people, flee market and beer garden. Some weirdo looking drunk old punks and flying bottles are not going to spoil this amazing multicultural place, where everyone is enjoying the atmosphere and consuming light mind expending substances.

Beautiful park in the middle of Berlin. Probably one of the best parks for recreation. There is a huge sports park for jogging, running, volleyball, rock climbing, etc. In another corner people can have picnics and barbecues.
In the middle there are two Bunkerberge - two little hills that were built from all the rubble and trash that was left after the war.
The beer garden is pretty but a bit too pricey.

Amazing! There are all kinds of antiques and ancients, including gates from Syria, some pieces of architecture from Iraq, the whole Rome, most importantly the original "Nefertiti Bust". There are so many museums in the island and there are many things to see. I'd recommend to go there early.

Amazing! There are all kinds of antiques and ancients, including gates from Syria, some pieces of architecture from Iraq, the whole Rome, most importantly the original "Nefertiti Bust". There are so many museums in the island and there are many things to see. I'd recommend to go there early.
I started at the museum and picked up information in English on the outdoor part of the museum. It’s a really powerful memorial. I recommend spending just about a half hours I. The indoor part and then a couple hours walking through the outdoor part of the memorial. There are plaques with information in English and German including stories of people who lived in that exact spot. I think this place is accessible to children.

A small space full of wonder! A great place with well-curated art design and architecture books and magazines. Always a go to when I come to Berlin and I'm never disappointed. A must if you're a design book fanatic like I am
