State office complex built around a plaza with reflecting pools with fountains. Public art. Looks like Brazilia -- futuristic. Lighted at night. Sunset views over the Hudson River with hilly backdrop. Sunny hangout during the day. Live music sometimes. Free ice skating in winter. Must see. It is right at the end of my street to the east.
