We will show you every secret to achieve an amazing pasta dough like in a Michelin star restaurant. I learn everything from my grandma, true pasta maker from Emilia Romagna (Bologna city). After many experience in Michelin star restaurant in Italy and around the world, I decide to open my experience on Airbnb to share my passion for pasta. You will meet only the best chefs in town, all with Michelin start restaurant back ground, all with the same mission, share our experience and our family traditions, ready to share the love for Italian Gastronomic culture. We going to start with a little introduction to the ingredients, after that we are going to do the dough and you will be able to prepare you own pasta from scratch! I will teach you many different kind of pasta shapes as: -Tortelli -Tagliatelle -Fettuccine and a lot more :) A wonderful experience about the magical word of pasta. Of course, at the end we are going to enjoy together some amazing pasta dishes. I will show you how to prepare few different sauces for our amazing pasta! We will be taste 3-4 different pasta dishes! My guests will enjoy one of the best views of the hillside in Cinque Terre, enjoy local specialties and listen to my Bach played live on the piano. The focus of this year, 2024, will be J. S. Bach's Goldberg Variations and Six Partitas. I will welcome my guests into my property, inside the Cinque Terre National Park, where they will visit a young vineyard, learn about the building techniques of the old dry stone walls that are peculiar to this area and hear some historical background of what makes our area so unique. Afterwards, they will enjoy a full lunch or dinner, a selection of wines and my homemade lemon liqueurs while enjoying classical piano music played live. I provide transportation for a maximum of 10 guests per session, from Riomaggiore and back, at my expense. The whole event will take place outdoors, on my terrace above the vines. If the weather does not allow for an enjoyable outdoor setting the event will be cancelled and our guests entirely reimbursed. Bring along your camera, drinking water and an umbrella/blanket according to the weather.

We will meet up in Manarola, and after a quick walk through the village, which will be nice and quiet in the morning, we will start our adventure by taking a deep breath and hiking up to Volastra, a wonderful hamlet as far off the beaten path as you can get in this area. The hike is straight uphill and it will make you sweat, we promise! There will be plenty of visual rewards along the path, though, because you will get the most spectacular views of Manarola and the sea, almost like you were a drone (only without flying off the rocks!). Then, after approximately 1 hour, we will reach our destination. And there, only there, will you feel like you have earned your well deserved wine tasting. We will drink the wine of one of the greatest local winemakers right on his vineyard while looking at the Mediterranean directly below, almost touching the sky and rejoicing in the power of nature. After the wine tasting, our experience is finished. From Volastra, you can choose to continue on the trail to Corniglia, the next Cinque Terre town, go back down the trail to Manarola, or take the eco-bus down to Manarola at a cost of 2.50 per person. Rain can be serious in the Cinque Terre, so if it is raining too heavily, or if the National Park issues a weather alert, we won't be able to do the hike. In that case, we will take the bus up to Volastra at an additional cost of 2.50 per person.

Don't feel like facing the crowds? You don't have to. Jump on this awesome boat tour and discover supremely beautiful views, accessible only by boat. We'll take you to see the stunning Cinque Terre coastline (the best of the five) and swim in the Ligurian Sea just as the sun is setting in for an unforgettable dip. In September taste the grapes! 2 - Visit the cellar and taste 5 organic Tuscan wines: white & red, aged directly from the barrel, and "vin santo" a traditional sweet wine. Then you can taste olive oil, we will delight you with a short film about our mission. You have the opportunity to buy wines at cellar prices, or order them to ship. 3 The last part is dedicated to making fresh pasta, with Raffaella or Laura, they teach the secrets to make pasta like Spaghetti or Ravioli! The pasta will be mixed and cooked together with that of the others, it will not be possible to do individual cooking. Of course, we will eat them together at a long table as in an Italian family. I’d love to wander through the town with you, capturing you as you take in the stunning sights. My style when photographing is to document, rather than control. I’d love to create a set of natural, timeless photographs that you will treasure forever and that will transport you back to your time in Italy. This photographic experience includes professional portraits in Manarola or Riomaggiore. The photoshoot will take around one hour and is suitable for individuals, couples, families, and friends. Your photographs will be captured on state of the art, full-frame, professional equipment. The best photographs are often the ‘in between’ moments and for this reason, I won’t narrow your photographs down to a tiny selection. From a one-hour session, you can expect to receive roughly 100+ edited images. The shoot will be planned with your preferences in mind to include the best locations for the time of day and year. My dog Ettore and I will welcome you with glass of prosecco and when Pesto will be ready you can taste it with a plate of testaroli (a traditional kind of pasta that looks like a thick crepe) which with its taste will let you forget the stairs you took to get to my kitchen. Between pleasant chats you will discover the history and tradition behind which the flavors of Ligurian cuisine are hidden. This experience is recommended for 2 or more people. NOTE: Genovese pesto is NOT vegan and NOT suitable for people with nut intolerance or severe gluten intolerance (we can use an alternative packed gluten-free crackers or similar but cross-contamination is inevitable).

Learn how to make homemade pasta easily and successfully. We will meet in Florence at our cooking school located in the historic center, in front of the Arno river. We are a team of professionals chefs, we are pleased to meet you and let you spend a nice time with us for a fun and unique lesson. We will teach the secrets how to make RAVIOLI, FETTUCCINE or SPAGHETTI & TORTELLI in different shape. We will provide you with the tools useful for the preparation: kitchen gown, rolling pin and pasta cutter, eggs and flour. After the preparation, we will cook together the pasta with the relatives sauces. La serata si conclude con un rientro verso ill punto di partenza verso le 9 mentre il sole cala e ci regala dei colori unici. Le barche sono 3: - 'Salpa Solei 18' un Gommone di 6 metri del 2023 dotato di ogni confort quali doccetta, frigo, stereo Bluetooth e doppio prendisole. - 'Patrone 23' un tipico gozzo Ligure di 7 metri completamente restaurato nel 2021 che quindi dispone di ogni comfort: Tendalino parasole, impianto audio bluetooth, doccetta di acqua dolce, grande prendisole e doppio frigo. La barca può ospitare comodamente fino a 6 ospiti più lo skipper che vi permetterà di vivere l'esperienza al meglio. - Il nuovo 'Levanzo 25', 8 metri di barca con ben due motori da 200cv l'uno. La barca è dotata di ogni confort a partire dalla doccia, un Tendalino parasole, un grande frigo, un impianto audio e grandi cuscinerie. If you’ve ever thought of having your photo taken professionally, there is no better place to do so than in the beautiful, picturesque Cinque Terre. I’d love to wander through the town with you, capturing you as you take in the stunning sights. My style when photographing is to document, rather than control. I’d love to create a set of natural, timeless photographs that you will treasure forever and that will transport you back to your time in Italy. This photographic experience includes professional portraits in Manarola or Riomaggiore. The photoshoot will take around one hour and is suitable for individuals, couples, families, and friends. Your photographs will be captured on state of the art, full-frame, professional equipment. The best photographs are often the ‘in between’ moments and for this reason, I won’t narrow your photographs down to a tiny selection. From a one-hour session, you can expect to receive roughly 100+ edited images. The shoot will be planned with your preferences in mind to include the best locations for the time of day and year.
