I'll welcome you into my home and the first thing we'll do is have our mate session! Sipping on mate is a tradition that is deeply rooted in Argentine culture and I'd love to teach you all about it. As you enjoy this wonderful ritual that's part of our daily life you'll also have some delicious tortafritas. Next, you'll be given an apron and off to wash our hands we'll go. During our hands-on experience, you'll learn how to make corn and meat empanadas; ensalada rusa, a salad that we always eat in our meetings and events; and chocotorta, a traditional dessert that is so good and easy to prepare! When our empanadas are ready, we'll enjoy this fantastic scrumptious dish with great wine, followed by our amazing chocotorta. You'll be absolutely delighted by the result of your hard work! From beginning to end, you'll be tasting Argentina's culture. Mate, tortafritas, empanadas, wine and chocotorta are part of our life. It's not what we eat in restaurants. It's what we eat (and cook) at home, with family and friends. That's why these flavours are intimately related to the moments that are most valuable to us, and I want to share that with you. Comenzaremos temprano por la mañana, los buscaremos por el alojamiento donde estén alojados. Visitaremos tres bodegas en total en Luján de Cuyo. Elegimos las bodegas cuidadosamente para brindar la mejor experiencia, tratamos de escapar de las bodegas con mucho marketing para poder ofrecer la mejor experiencia privada. Buscamos bodegas con la mejor calidad humana y con una gran variedad de vinos para ofrecer con la mejor calidad. Cada bodega es diferente a la otra para que no dejen de sorprenderse en cada lugar. Tendremos un almuerzo que incluye bebida, entrada, plato principal y postre, todo maridado con vinos diferentes. Después de esto, volveremos a nuestra querida ciudad. Tendremos un día maravilloso lleno de aprendizaje, los lugares que visitaremos realmente son muy bien seleccionados para que tengas la mejor experiencia. I will pick you up at 7:30am from your accommodation. We will travel 2h to the South heading towards the Andes, up to where our experience takes place: Rosendo Pacheco's family ranch. This is in San Carlos, Valle de Uco region. You will learn how to saddle a horse and ride through the mountains for 1,30h, witnessing a remote, natural and wild landscape. We'll have time to stop for coffee and enjoy multiple views, take pictures and ask Rosendo any questions. If we are lucky to meet some cattle in the way you'll even get the chance to herd them down. Once we arrive in Los Toldos ranch, I will prepare a typical Argentinian barbecue -an 'Asado paired with local wine (veggie option on request). Around 4pm we will start the 1,30h ride back to meet the vehicle and return to the city. Other things to note: No previous experience in horse riding needed. We will hike in one of the most beautiful and breathtaking trails in Mendoza, to find a nice spot in nature and share a lunch with the best views of high mountains glaciers, local fauna and the lower valleys. The dificult level and how longs it take, depends on you :) Of course i will share with you some tips to help you to improve your adaptation to altitude and find a proper pace. The maximum group size is 3 people, almost like a private tour. We go to an area where normally there are no other humans, which gives us more chances to observe wildlife.

A walk through the past, present and future of Mendoza. A story about the independence of Argentina, our natives and the waves of immigrants that shaped our culture. Also a story about wine and traditions, we will know the main squares of the city, sighting historical buildings, learning about the "acequias" that irrigate our province and much more. At the end we will visit the most popular bar or cafe in the city, where the music is excellent and the drinks too. Cabalgata en el atardecer, involucra una experiencia distinta, rodeado de naturaleza y animales. Prepara tu caballo; cabalga en el lejano oeste de argentina, y en la mitad del recorrido, será momento de ayudar al gaucho a buscar leña, hacer el fuego y aprender a realizar un asado rústico en el medio del campo con sólo un cuchillo y pan. La jornada termina luego de cuatro horas de cabalgata.

Acompáñame en una experiencia distinta, cabalgando en el pedemonte mendocino, para buscar las especias autóctonas que nos permitirán preparar el "mate" más especial que tomarás en Argentina. Haremos una pequeña fogota para calentar el agua, preparar el mate, y acompañarlos de ricos sabores mendocinos. La experiencia tiene una duración de dos horas, pero un recuerdo que te quedará para toda la vida!!

La experiencia que estoy ofreciendo es un recorrido a pie, de la mano de un apasionado de la historia mendocina. La huella de los nativos, inmigrantes y visitantes se encuentra plasmada en nuestra Ciudad. Lograron convertir el árido desierto, en la Ciudad más importante del oeste argentino y una de las capitales mundiales del vino ¿Cómo fue posible todo esto? Para descubrirlo Visitaremos el Pasaje San Martín, la Peatonal Sarmiento, la Plaza España, la calle Emilio Civit, y el Parque General San Martín. En este último, podemos preparar un mate.(opcional) Te invito a que exploremos los rincones de la Ciudad, y que juntos descubramos sus secretos ¿Te animás? Pasaje San Martín, Peatonal Sarmiento (pedestrian street), España Square, Emilio Civit street, and finally the Parque General San Martin (The Park). If you up to, we can prepare a mate.(optional)

Iremos en nuestro auto por el lugar que gusten y recibirán un alfajor de bienvenida y agua mineral. Brindaremos un servicio personalizado en dos etapas. La primera, se basa en el recorrido de dos bodegas que se destacan por sus características fuera de lo común. Comenzando por la Bodega boutique Familia Cecchin productora de vinos orgánicos y biodinámicos. Después, visitaremos bodega Domiciano destacada por su particular cosecha nocturna en todas sus lineas de vino. Tendrán una experiencia enriquecedora, llena de paisajes, tours y degustaciones extraordinarias. Brindaremos bolsitas con frutos secos y refrigerio para acompañar los vinos. Luego, nos alejaremos de la ciudad para tomar camino hacia nuestras imponentes montañas. Tomaremos la ruta que nos adentra en la vista privilegiada de la pre cordillera mendocina y nuestro embalse Potrerillos. De esta forma iremos a un increíble restaurante rodeado de montañas que se encuentra en las alturas de nuestro cielo. Nos deleitaremos con un exquisito menú de tres pasos. Finalmente, serán llevados a su lugar de origen. Se brindará información de la geografía, vinos y gastronomía de nuestra amada Mendoza. Es nuestra intensión hacerles pasar un agradable momento que quede en sus mejores recuerdos.

Nos reuniremos en un punto acordado para emprender la experiencia hacia el lago Potrerillos con el fin de pasar un buen momento al aire libre, disfrutando el paisaje que brinda el entorno de las montañas, descorchando un malbec, sintiendo la adrenalina que genera la navegación a vela y por qué no las burbujas de un espumante. Visitaremos la bodega de unos amigos que nos mostraran las instalaciones y nos explicarán como es la elaboración del vino y degustaremos alguno de ellos. Al llegar al lago te enseñaré a armar el velero y las nociones básicas de navegación para que tu mismo puedas capitanear el barco. Si el tiempo lo permite -segun el clima- nos zambulliremos en las trasparentes y puras aguas de lago y nos dispondremos a probar un picada de ricos embutidos con un obligado descorche. Tu participación sera activa y necesaria. Estaremos de regreso a las 19 hs aproximadamente. Otros aspectos destacables: Nos reuniremos en el lugar donde estén alojados (Ciudad, Godoy Cruz, Lujan de Cuyo o Maipu). De otro modo nos reuniremos en el punto de encuentro en el centro de la ciudad (Plaza Italia) o plaza de Chacras de Coria según sea vuestra conveniencia. La duración total de la experiencia es de 9 hs.

A los pies del Cordon del Plata en el dique Potrerrillos aprenderas los conocimientos básicos de la navegación a vela para que puedas capitanear el barco como un verdadero experto. Si el tiempo lo permite nos zambulliremos en las cristalinas aguas del lago. La ocasión merecerá un obligado descorche y reflexión de lo que es la vida. Otros aspectos destacables Se trata de un experiencia donde la participación es activa, necesaria y fundamental.
