Immerse yourself in the Tuscan countryside with 3 different experiences! We will meet in Florence, an authorized driver will take you to our farm in just 35 minutes. What will we do? 1 - Walk among country fields, ancient olive trees and vineyards, enjoy the landscape, the plants, the explanation of our history, an occasion to take photos in the suggestive setting.
Maybe you will meet our funny domesticated pig! In September taste the grapes! 2 - Visit the cellar and taste 5 organic Tuscan wines: white & red, aged directly from the barrel, and "vin santo" a traditional sweet wine. Then you can taste olive oil, we will delight you with a short film about our mission. You have the opportunity to buy wines at cellar prices, or order them to ship. 3 The last part is dedicated to making fresh pasta, with Raffaella or Laura, they teach the secrets to make pasta like Spaghetti or Ravioli! The pasta will be mixed and cooked together with that of the others, it will not be possible to do individual cooking. Of course, we will eat them together at a long table as in an Italian family. During lunch will be served our wine. One of our co-hosts will make sure that you can be the protagonist! We will be about 16 participants. Transport by van, with driver, from Florence is included. Attention: the return is by train to Florence, the most ecological and comfortable way to avoid traffic.

Learn how to make homemade pasta easily and successfully. We will meet in Florence at our cooking school located in the historic center, in front of the Arno river. We are a team of professionals chefs, we are pleased to meet you and let you spend a nice time with us for a fun and unique lesson. We will teach the secrets how to make RAVIOLI, FETTUCCINE or SPAGHETTI & TORTELLI in different shape. We will provide you with the tools useful for the preparation: kitchen gown, rolling pin and pasta cutter, eggs and flour. After the preparation, we will cook together the pasta with the relatives sauces. Each participant will prepare their own pasta, then we will cook it in the same pot to share it, then with the rest of the group like an italian family. The experience lasts about 3 hours, It will also be an opportunity to socialize with other travelers and with your host in an Italian atmosphere. During the meal will be served delicious organic Tuscan wine, that we produce on our farm called "Dalle Nostre Mani”, wines produced with natural methods. If you want to drink during the lesson you can buy some bottles at our shop before the lesson. We hope that this experience can be useful to increase your culinary knowledge and make sure that you can do our secrets at your home and leaving your diners amazed! lasagna is one of the best dishes in Italy. We will teach you how to do it! It will be a very fun experience, our teachers are waiting for you in our cooking school.
Also will learn how to make Spaghetti! We will be in San Frediano, the school can be reached from any point of the historic center even by walking. We will provide you with the tools useful for the preparation: kitchen gown, rolling pin and pasta cutter, eggs and flour. We will show you how to cook sauces to season your pasta. During the experience we will offer you the wine that I produce in my organic farm, make with natural method. Wine will be served at mealtime. If you want to drink during the lesson you can buy some bottles at our shop before the class. After preparing the pasta, we will set a table and eat it together the pasta that you have prepared, like an italian family. To finish, we will also taste a delicious chocolate dessert. All of you will received the recipes with our secrets. Generally the course lasts 3 hours with about 12 people per group, we are pleased to meet you and let you spend a nice time with us for a fun and unique experience

We meet in piazza San Pier Maggiore, an historical sight, where we will buy seasonal products from a traditional vegetable stall. We will then move to the terrace where a breathtaking view of Florence awaits us. Sometimes, to spice up our cooking class, some fabulous Florence folks will join us, dishing out their local experiences with a pinch of anecdotes and a dash of suggestions on the coolest things to do! We will get our hands dirty and we’ll prepare an appetizer and we will prepare a fresh hand/home made egg and flour pasta (e.g. tagliatelle, pappardelle), and a fresh and sweet Tiramisù. The experience will end by enjoying our meal and the deserved results of the hard work together!! I am making an Art and my eyes of view helps me to catch the natural moments with sincere, warm feelings. I am editing photos very naturally for not to lose true light and nativity. Besides these I am helping about posing and feeling relax in order to get beautiful photos. Knowing psychology helps me to make my guests feel comfortable, relax and positive during the photo shoot. My 11-year practice about communication with people also helps me to make warm and cheerful atmosphere. Generally guests’ mood is also important and it affects each detail during the photo shoot. You'll start in Piazza della Repubblica, where the Romans founded Florence over 2000 years ago. In Piazza del Duomo you'll admire with me the imposing facade of the Cathedral, in which the bloodiest murder that involved the Medici family took place: the Pazzi conspiracy. In the nearby 'medieval district' I'll tell you the story of Dante Alighieri, the poet who wrote the Divine Comedy. Michelangelo, Donatello and Cellini are other great personalities that will accompany us to the discovery of Piazza della Signoria. Piazza degli Uffizi and Ponte Vecchio will be other important stages of your itinerary. First, we'll take some minutes to take confidence with the engine of the e-bikes; you don't need to be particularly fit even if we'll cover hilly roads; the engine makes the effort for you. In a couple of minutes, we'll leave the city center to reach the countryside towards the south area of Florence. Through a nice bike path, we'll get to the most popular panoramic view over the city of Florence: Piazzale Michelangelo. From there, we can admire from the distance all the architectures of the city. With the use of the electric engine, in no time we'll be in the area of Arcetri, where the scenary is totally different: no tourists,olives groves, small vineyards, typical Tuscan countryside. I'll tell you something about our local products such as the Extra Virgin Olive Oil and the wine. Electric bikes, nature, green colors, red poppies and birds cheeping are the context of this ride.
