“Dennis Coffey (Guitarist for many motown tunes, and rumor has it that he was the one who came up with the "My Girl" intro) plays every tuesday evenings. Fun place to be, there's chess, shuffleboard, and of course drinks and burgers. No cover.”
“So much to see and do! Head downtown and visit our bars, restaurants, clubs and casinos! Downtown Detroit is the place to be. *Paid parking in most areas, Uber/Lyft recommended or download the ParkDetroit mobile app for easy park n pay!”
“Classy establishment. Music has always been good here - Check the website if there is a cover or not. No comment on the food - it's expensive. But their drinks are good.”
“Amazing ramen noodle spot. You'd never think ramen could be so fancy. Cool atmosphere and great service overall. Right under the ambassador bridge kinda out of the way, so a good spot if you wanna be near the action of Corktown but dont wanna wait too long for a table.”
“Great pizza spot with probably one of Detroit's best local beers, Ghettoblaster. In the Midtown area so lots of walkable places to check out from here. The Shinola Store is right next door.”
“Mudgie’s is a restaurant in Detroit’s historic Corktown neighborhood, serving only the highest-quality food, fine cocktails and spirits, 100+ beers, and boutique wines. They use local products anytime they can and roast their meats in house. If you're in town the 3rd week of July, go down for Lobster Roll week!”
