Government Building
“On the eastern side of Plaza de Mayo stands the Casa Rosada, named for its distinctive color. It was from the balcony here that Eva Perón famously addressed the throngs of impassioned supporters packed into Plaza de Mayo. The building houses the Argentine President's offices; the presidential residence is in the suburb of Olivos, north of the center. Free hour-long guided tours are given at weekends and must be booked online in advance; bring ID.”

“Great parrilla! Don Julio was named one of the world’s 50 best restaurants. For starters you can try molleja (sweetbreads), or provoleta (BBQed cheese) or if you dare chinchulines (chitlins), they are part of Argentinian traditional parrilla along with morcilla(blood sausage), and Riñón (kidney).”
