“There is so much to do at Biltmore other than tour the Big House. Horseback riding, bike rentals, restaurants (including one in a former stable), farm animals, children's activities, picnics. Great place to take your dog on a long walk. If you live relatively close or plan to visit Asheville a few times a year it might be worth it to buy an annual pass; with the pass you can bring others in with you after 5pm and they get in for free. ”
“It is a very easy hike and families could push a stroller with some effort. It is gravel but the paths are wide and well kept. The waterfalls are beautiful. It gets very crowded on the weekends and parking can be a hassle.”
“Amazingly diverse selection of art from different periods and movements. Lovely great bar/restaurant inside the main building, and an amphitheater outside for sightseeing and shows. Outdoor sculpture garden is a must see and perfect for families and couples.”
“Worth the trip! Enjoy a plethora of activities, including free night time concerts every Thursday, Friday, and Saturday in the summer! Kayak Stand-up Paddle Board White Water Rafting Zip Lining Rock Climbing Mountain Biking Hiking Trail Walks + More!”
