Cotswold comfort! - a pretty apartment in a 17th century Grade II Listed farmhouse in the middle of the village of Aston Magna. The Loft is really well located to explore the area and is a quiet and comfortable place for a relaxing stay. Note - guests really need the use of a car to stay with us
A self-contained, first-floor holiday apartment comprising large sitting room with vaulted ceiling and exposed beams with galley kitchen and adjoining large double bedroom with Queen size bed and en suite shower room. This accommodation is newly converted and very well presented. Access is via an exterior staircase. The Loft is part of Newlands Farmhouse, which is a delightful Grade II Listed farmhouse. NOTE: STEPS UP TO THE FIRST FLOOR APARTMENT ARE QUITE STEEP. The kitchen area has cooker, hob, dishwasher, toaster and kettle. There is a welcome pack of orange juice, milk, bread, butter. bacon eggs and cereals along with tea and coffee.
Aston Magna is a pretty Cotswold village close to the market towns of Moreton-in-Marsh. Chipping Campden, Stow-on-the-Wold and Stratford-upon-Avon are all nearby. There are excellent gastro pubs in Paxford, Ebrington and Chipping Campden close by. There are many scenic walks in the area.

    When you open the front door into a haven of 5 star luxury: A cosy, beautifully decorated and furnished lounge with an impressive limestone fireplace with a gas coal fire. For those cosy nights in front of the TV there is a large brand new HD Samsung Flat Screen TV and a Sony DVD player. The intimate dining area contains a fold down dining table with seating for 2 people. A collection of DVDs, books, magazines, games, guides and local maps are available for you to enjoy during your stay. Free unlimited WIFI is available to all our guests, if you need to work whilst away. Step from the lounge through the archway into the kitchen. The kitchen is very well equipped including a gas cooker with gas hob, microwave, washer/dryer and a large fridge with a small freezer. Returning to the living room, a wall of spacious wardrobes and shelves providing plenty of storage. Also provided is an iron & ironing board for the convenience for our guests. The bedroom is a welcoming warm and bright bedroom with views over the garden. The room features a large kingsize bed with high quality egyptian cotton bedding, two bedside tables. Tallboy chest of drawers. Large mirror with hairdryer for your convenience. The ensuite leads from the bedroom. Bath with electric shower over, a heated towel rail, wash basin and toilet. Also a illuminated mirror. Fluffy hand and bath towels are provided.
    Chipping Campden is one of the most beautiful and historic wool market towns of the North Cotswolds. It is famous for the curving high street and mellow stone houses and sits in a fold in the Cotswold Hills, straddling the River Cam in an area of outstanding natural beauty, the surrounding countryside is breathtaking. The town has changed little over the years and is still the focus for much of the local rural community. There are a wide variety of restaurants and pubs and an excellent range of shops selling local produce, gifts and antiques. The town is associated with the Arts and Crafts movement and offers a wide range of attractions for visitors, including medieval architecture, historic gardens and monuments, regular markets and unique shops. There are also numerous beautiful, quaint little villages waiting to be explored within a short drive. Cultural events are held throughout the year, such as the Chipping Campden Music Festival, the Open Gardens weekend and the Robert Dover's Olimpick Games, described as “the first stirrings of Britain's Olympic beginnings”. Stratford upon Avon and Blenheim Palace, the birthplaces of Shakespeare and Churchill, are cultural gems situated nearby, as are the dreaming spires of Oxford. Cheltenham and the famous racing festival lie 15 miles away.

Sitting on top a hill, surrounded by the stunning Cotswold countryside, Stow is famous for its historic buildings and its wide range of restaurants, traditional pubs and antique shops. It is an ideal base for exploring the region, including the many lovely towns and villages of the Cotswolds, as well as further afield places such as Stratford-upon-Avon, Oxford and Bath.     The main door of the building opens into a communal lobby and The Sanctuary’s front door opens into a hallway, off which are the following rooms, all with underfloor heating: Living/dining room/kitchen: This smart open plan living space has been finished to a high standard with wooden floors and a high west-facing window which floods the living area with natural light. There is a sofa bed, a Smart TV with access to Netflix and a DVD player. An extendable wooden table with seating for four divides the living area and kitchen, and the latter has Shaker-style units and is equipped with an electric oven, four-ring induction hob, fridge, toaster, kettle, cafetière, water filter and dishwasher; Cloakroom: Contains a toilet and wash basin. Stairs lead up from the hallway into the master bedroom. The following rooms are on the first floor, both with underfloor heating: Master bedroom: This unique room has a stunning church window and a glass balcony overlooking the living area below. This room contains either two single beds or a king size bed, an elegant chest of drawers, a mirror, a writing desk with a comfy chair and radio; Family bathroom: This stunning space is dominated by the original floor-to-ceiling stone arched window, complemented by smart flooring and stylish tiles. It contains a walk-in rain shower with handheld shower attachment, toilet and wash basin. There is free on-street parking a short walk from the property, and there are pay and display options close by if needed.
    Located in the north Cotswolds, Stow-on-the-Wold is one of the principal market towns in the region. The main feature of the town is the historic market square which used to play host to the annual sheep fairs where, at the height of the Cotswold wool industry, up to 20,000 sheep were sold at one time. The market square is steeped in history and has two features which date back to the medieval period. At one end of the square there is the medieval cross which was erected to urge traders to carry out fair business under the eyes of God, and at the far end stand the town stocks which are found in the shadows of the old elm tree. Originally known as Edwardstow or Stow St Edward after the town's patron saint Edward, the town's church is also named after him. The church is just 100 yards from the town square and is a lovely place for locals and tourists alike to get some peace from the bustling market square. The north door is guarded by two yew trees and is a focal point of the town. Stow has traditional narrow alleyways, or "tures" as they were once known, which wind their way through the centre of the town. It is these same alleyways that were once used to channel the sheep to the fair. Another point of interest in the town is the well in Well Lane which is now a Grade II Listed Building. As a result of the rather unique geology of the area, water held in the higher layers of the limestone bursts out of various fissures on the slopes and two do still work as wells now. Food & Drink Stow has numerous places to eat and drink, with a range of cuisines and prices to suit all tastes and budgets.     The Hayloft is part of a beautiful barn conversion, accessed via a gravel driveway. Steep stone steps lead up to the front door. The front door opens into the entrance hall, with all the rooms laid out on one floor: Living/dining room: This stylish living area is bright and spacious, with an eye-catching exposed Cotswold stone feature wall. This room has two sofas, a coffee table, a Freeview TV and DVD player. There is also a dining table and two chairs; Kitchen: The galley kitchen contains an electric oven with four-ring hob, a fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster and cafetière, as well as a washing machine/tumble dryer; Bedroom: Two steps lead down from the hallway into this characterful room with sloped ceilings, a king size bed and built-in cupboards for storage; Bathroom: Contains a bath with overhead shower, toilet and wash basin. The Hayloft is situated within the spacious grounds of private home, and a private patio area has been created especially for guests of The Hayloft. With pretty, trellised fencing and a table for two, it is the perfect spot for al fresco dining. There is one allocated parking space and further on-street parking is available in the village if needed.
    The Cotswolds are characterised by attractive small towns and villages, built of the underlying Cotswold stone (a yellow oolitic limestone). In the Middle Ages the wool trade made the Cotswolds prosperous and some of this money was put into the building of churches, leaving the area with a number of large handsome Cotswold stone "wool churches". The area remains affluent, which has encouraged the establishment of many high quality pubs, restaurants and antique shops.

    No.3 The Coach House is the perfect setting to feel at the heart of history, within the tranquil village of Blockley. If you're looking for a blend of old with a little bit of new, we have hand crafted the perfect, yet peaceful Cotswold getaway, located within minutes of surrounding world famous Cotswold villages.
    Our slice of Cotswold's history, has been home to horse stables, The Blockley Village Library, The British Legion, Blockley Nursery School and in more recent years, The Blockley Village Cafe & Shop. The Coach House sits and looks onto the beautiful grounds of the late Norman Church, St Peter and St Paul's, which you may recognise from the BBC television series 'Father Brown. As well as having a famous neighbour, we are also located, quite conveniently adjacent from The Blockley Village Cafe & Shop. Whether it is a sweet tea, coffee, an alcoholic beverage, a fabulous breakfast, a mouth watering lunch or dinner, both the Bistro and shop are the places to visit, five steps from your front door. Further to this, in close walking proximity there are two local pubs. The Space: The Coach House was built in traditional Cotswold stone, dating back to 18th Century. The property has been newly restored, salvaging as many traditional features of it's original shell, such as, the original hard wooden flooring, exposed Cotswold stone, original windows and window seating. The living space: Amongst the old, we have also provided some modern and all important features, with the lounge boasting fast, fibre optic broadband, a smart TV - including free-view, catch up and Netflix, accompanied with a Netflix account and all passwords left for optimal use by our guests. If you feel like playing a few games, check out our TV cabinet for our goodies inside. The living room space is large and open plan, encompassing both the kitchen and the dining room in one. We have provided a large, comfortable three seater sofa. The lounge is accompanied by two large free standing arm chairs, a coffee table, and a basket full of warm blankets to provide that extra cosy feeling. The Kitchen space: This area looks out onto the beautiful grounds of the Norman Church yard, equipped with a Belfast sink, integrated refuge, oven, fridge, washing machine, kettle and toaster, as well as all of the necessities such as table ware and cooking accessories. There is a fitted window seat, the perfect place for a warm morning drink, whilst watching the world go by. The dining space: Our stylish, wooden and wrought iron table will provide the perfect eating and relaxing space for you. The Master bedroom: This space is fitted with a king sized bed, equipped with Egyptian cotton sheets and hotel style duvet and pillows, just what is required for that perfect nights sleep. This room also benefits from a floor to ceiling fitted wardrobe, including a full length mirror, chest of draws, bedside cabinets and lamps, and a quirky chair, ideal for a spot of reading. The Sofa bed, will be dressed with Egyptian cotton sheets and bedding, ready for a comfortable nights stay. This is a full size, double bed. The bathroom: This space has been recently beautifully renovated, it has a traditional yet stylish Cotswold feel, with exposed brick and panelled walls, boasting a large shower, traditional Victorian toilet, sink and underfloor heating. The property provides privacy and is ideally located between 7 and 11 minutes from the beautiful and picturesque villages of Broadway and Chipping Campden. Please note there is no designated parking area. However, rest assured, you will always be able to find a parking space. You will see there is a parking area at the front of the Coach House, this is open to public use. You will find a space here early morning, late afternoon and evening. Please feel free to park here if there is space. In addition to this, we own Coach House No.4, which is located next door, sleeping 4 persons, combined, both Coach Houses can sleep up to 6 people if desired. Digbeth Views is a stunningly presented Cotswold stone house, located above an antiques shop, in a pretty courtyard in the heart of the beautiful Cotswolds market town of Stow-on-the-Wold, surrounded by glorious countryside. Stow-on-the-Wold is one of the most famous of the Cotswold market towns, due to its beautiful buildings and large number of antique shops, pubs and restaurants. It is also well placed in the heart of the North Cotswolds and is an ideal location for exploring the surrounding countryside or visiting the many other beautiful towns and villages that are just a short drive away.     The front door of Digbeth Views is accessed from the lovely, paved courtyard and opens into a small hallway. Wooden stairs then lead up to the first floor hallway, off which are the following rooms: Living room: a spacious room, with a large oak beam, wooden floor with underfloor heating, and a window overlooking the courtyard below. There is comfy seating for six and a Freeview TV with a DVD player. One of the sofas opens up to form a double sofa bed, if required; Master bedroom: a stylish room, with a feature wall behind the bed and a wooden floor with underfloor heating, which contains a double bed and a Freeview TV. A wooden door leads into the large, contemporary en-suite bathroom, which has a bath with overhead shower, heated towel rail, toilet and wash basin; Bedroom 2: another stylish room, with a wooden floor with underfloor heating, which also contains a double bed and a Freeview TV. Please note that this bedroom does not have a window, however, it does get natural illumination from a skylight; Family bathroom: contains a walk-in shower, toilet and wash basin. Stairs lead up from the first floor hallway to a small second floor landing/utility room. The following rooms are on the second floor: Utility space: contains a Belfast sink, washing machine and a tumble dryer; Kitchen/dining room: In the eaves of the house, this large room has been well designed and presented, with a wooden floor, LED lighting and Cotswold green kitchen units. The kitchen area contains a double electric oven, electric grill, five ring electric hob, microwave, fridge (please note that there is no freezer), kettle, toaster and dishwasher. The dining area contains a wooden dining table, with seating for six, and a Freeview TV. A door leads out from the kitchen/dining room to the property's roof terrace, which has lovely views out over the rooftops of Stow to the countryside beyond. There is an outdoor table, with seating for six. At the front of the property there is a secure shed available for guests to use, which can store up to 4 bikes. Alongside the shed there is an outside rack for additional storage.
    Located in the north Cotswolds, Stow-on-the-Wold is one of the principal market towns in the region. The main feature of the town is the historic market square which used to play host to the annual sheep fairs where, at the height of the Cotswold wool industry, up to 20,000 sheep were sold at one time. The market square is steeped in history and has two features which date back to the medieval period. At one end of the square there is the medieval cross which was erected to urge traders to carry out fair business under the eyes of God, and at the far end stand the town stocks which are found in the shadows of the old elm tree. Originally known as Edwardstow or Stow St Edward after the town's patron saint Edward, the town's church is also named after him. The church is just 100 yards from the town square and is a lovely place for locals and tourists alike to get some peace from the bustling market square. The north door is guarded by two yew trees and is a focal point of the town. Stow has traditional narrow alleyways, or "tures" as they were once known, which wind their way through the centre of the town. It is these same alleyways that were once used to channel the sheep to the fair. Another point of interest in the town is the well in Well Lane which is now a Grade II Listed Building. As a result of the rather unique geology of the area, water held in the higher layers of the limestone bursts out of various fissures on the slopes and two do still work as wells now. Food & Drink Stow has numerous places to eat and drink, with a range of cuisines and prices to suit all tastes and budgets. The list below is a small sample of the range of options available: The Queens Head Inn (www.donnington-brewery.com/the_queens_head_stow_on_the_wold): The Queens Head is a traditional town pub, owned by the local Donnington brewery. Here locals mix with tourists who are unsurprisingly attracted into this lovely old pub. Good traditional pub food and ale, in a great atmosphere; The Sheep (www.thesheepstow.co.uk): A seasonal menu with pizzas being a major focus. There is a wood-fired oven in the restaurant, where you can watch your freshly made pizza cook; The Talbot: Laid back drinking, eating and coffees in a traditional meeting place for the town slap bang in the Square. Sofas, original paintings, rickety old tables and chairs, with staff who are under the threat of death if they are not friendly! White Hart (www.thewhitehartstow.com): A 'boutique' style Inn, which has recently been beautifully refurbished throughout. The Inn boasts two cosy bars, lots of open fires and an atmospheric dining room. Hearty food is served during the day, with finer dining in the evening. All food is sourced locally and prepared on the premises; The Bell (www.thebellatstow.com): The Bell at Stow is the perfect country pub. Behind the ivy-clad façade lies a charming, stylish interior with the warmest of welcomes. A favourite with the locals, The Bell is open all day every day offering everything from a pint of well-kept cask ale through to a delicious three-course supper. Stow has a Tesco and a Co-op for regular food purchases and, for special treats, there is a traditional butcher's shop and a number of delicatessens specialising in local produce, including: Lambournes Butchers (www.lambournesbutchers.co.uk): A family owned, multi-award winning traditional butchers, renowned for locally-produced meat, poultry and game, sourced from hand-picked suppliers.     Paxford is situated in the heart of the Cotswolds. The surrounding countryside is breathtaking and some of the prettiest in the UK.

It is set in the Cotswolds with all the beautiful towns and villages on your doorstep. Bishops Cleeve is a thriving village and the apartment is a short walk to a great selection of pubs, bars and cafes. There is a choice of supermarkets that are all walking distance. The apartment is ideal for the Cheltenham Racecourse which is a 15 minute walk away.
    The property has one double bedroom with plenty of storage provided by a wardrobe and chest of drawers. There is also a pull out bed and cot bed ideal for children. The kitchen has everything you need for your stay. There is a fridge freezer, dishwasher and microwave and a table and chairs situated in the open plan lounge. The spacious bathroom has a bath and shower over. Towels and linens are provided. The comfortable lounge has an electric fire and free view TV where you can keep up to date with all your favourite shows. This spacious apartment has everything you need for your Cheltenham stay.

We're conveniently located just 4 miles from Shakespeare's Stratford-upon-Avon, 7 miles from Royal Leamington Spa and 8 miles from historic Warwick and its famous castle. More modern amenities, such as a supermarket, are just a 5-minute walk away and the Post Office a short drive. We pride ourselves on making our place feel like your place, with comfort in mind. Rumour has it you won't want to get out of bed in the morning because it's so comfortable and the living room has all you need to work, rest and enjoy your stay. Radiators to keep you warm in winter and an oscillating fan to keep you cool in summer; we want you to be just right.     The Old Coach House sits centrally in Blockley Village. It’s perfectly located for the immediate village on foot and the surrounding towns; Chipping Campden, Moreton In Marsh & Broadway by car/bicycle (5-10 minutes) The picturesque villages of Broad Campden Paxford & Ebrington are all within 5 minute drives. They all have superb pubs & lunch spots. The Old Coach House is directly adjacent to the bistro. You need to book this in advance, especially for weekend evenings. It’s very good and accordingly popular!! The building itself sits alongside Church grounds and has magnificent views of the Blockley Church which really is spectacular! There’s a small convenience store which makes it easy to grab a paper/milk/bread, anything you need! The bedroom is large and has a luxurious Double Bed with cotton sheets & throw.     Blockley Village is a picturesque Cotswold village with fantastic walks and a picture perfect stream The village of Blockley is a unique collection of buildings reflecting its past glory of mills and silk production and is quite different in character to other north Cotswolds villages. During the eighteenth century when the wool industry was in decline, Blockley turned to silk production. By 1884 six silk mills powered by the fast-flowing Blockley brook provided work for about 600 people preparing silk for ribbon-making factories in Coventry. This small centre of industry began to decline after 1860 when the levy on imported silk was imposed. Blockley is now a very peaceful charming village with its mill stream winding its way through the bottom of the valley. With many very enjoyable walks leading from the village and surrounded by beautiful countryside, Blockley has much to offer the holidaymaker. Its attractive village green overlooks the popular Bowling Green and beautiful Norman Church and is a pleasant place to enjoy a picnic on sunny days.

    Weston sub Edge is a small village close to the start of the Cotswold Way, 20 minutes from the home of Shakespeare at Stratford Upon Avon, two miles from Chipping Campden and its Music and Literature Festivals, Broadway, Longborough Opera, Daylesford, National Trust properties such as Hidcote and Snowshill Manor. We are the ideal location for walking and exploring, so do bring your dog. Transport is essential as we are very rural and taxis and buses aren't always available.
    This is a recently converted coach house. It originally housed the village's milk float, hence the name The Quart. We are on the edge of the quiet village of Weston sub Edge, just two miles from Chipping Campden which is where you will find the nearest shops although there is a pub, The Seagrave Arms the other end of the village, a short walk away. The Quart is a cosy, open plan home with a spacious kitchen/living room, a double bedroom and an ensuite shower room. There is room in the sitting room for a travel cot but no door between the bedroom and the sitting room. We are very rural and consequently wifi and mobile signals can be patchy. There is underfloor heating throughout and it is furnished and decorated to a high standard. The bedroom has a comfortable double bed with hanging space and shelves. The kitchen area is fully equipped with a double hob, oven with grill, kettle, toaster and fridge with ice compartment. The living area has a tv/dvd player and a comfortable sofabed with extra cushions and blankets. There are lots of books, dvds, walking guides and games for your entertainment as well as recommendations of places to eat and things to do.
    The North Cotswolds is a very attractive area with lots to see and do locally. If you are keen on walking or cycling, there are a number of good and challenging routes around. The local towns are bursting with history and ripe for exploration. Chipping Campden marks the start (or finish) of The Cotswold Way and has a number of annual festivals including music and literature , and also hosts The Cotswold Olympicks. Broadway has a fantastic art scene and a brilliant deli. Stratford upon Avon and Cheltenham are 20 minutes away. Nearby National Trust properties include Dover's Hill, Hidcote Gardens, Snowshill and The Fleece Pub. This is a very foodie area and recommendations for local pubs and resaurants are listed in the welcome pack.

Horse riding experiences available whilst you stay. Many lovely walks and National Trust buildings to explore nearby. Conveniently located 5 minutes drive from Moreton in Marsh, with direct train links to Oxford and London. Durhams Farm is the perfect location for couples, adventurers and animal lovers.
    You enter the Stable apartment via a wooden staircase, which leads into the open plan kitchen / living area. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, kettle, toaster, iPod docking station and oven with hobs. The living area has a TV/DVD player and lots of information about the local area. This space then leads into the cosy bedroom with king-sized bed and then on into the bathroom with wardrobe, sink, bath and WC.
    Our stable apartment is set in a stunning part of the Cotswolds within easy reach of picturesque towns such as Bourton on the Water and Stow on the Wold. There are miles of bridleways and footpaths to explore in the surrounding area and some great local pubs and restaurants. Daylesford Organic farm is 3 miles away too and well worth a visit whilst you stay. The Farm is home to over 30 horses and ponies, lots of rare breed ducks and chickens and a few friendly dogs and cats.

Near to Chipping Campden, Broadway, Bourton-on-the-Water, Cheltenham and Stratford upon Avon. All of fifty meters away from path that connects to the Cotswold Way. A car is essential.
    A cosy and peaceful space in which to unwind. Underfloor Heating throughout. Wood burner-effect electric fire. Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, tall fridge freezer and microwave combi oven. 40 inch TV with Blu Ray/DVD player and Sound Bar. DAB Radio Iphone/iPad/iPod Dock There is WiFi but please bear in mind we do not enjoy data rates that cities do. Please assume that you can send/receive emails and surf the web. Streaming 4K etc will be a challenge!
    There is an excellent gastro pub at the bottom of the village which is around a 20 min walk. If walking is your thing you can connect directly with the Cotswold Way fifty metres from the property

    The apartment has an open plan kitchen/lounge. The kitchen has everything you need, from an integral dishwasher, fridge/freezer, induction hob/oven, microwave, toaster etc.. Tea, coffee, milk are provided. The lounge area has a large comfy corner sofa, along with a TV, separate DVD player and a small desk suitable as a work station with wifi. The bathroom has a bath with shower above. Towels are provided as well as soap, shower gel, shampoo and toilet paper. The bedroom has a kingsize bed and there is a clothes rail with hangers provided.
    The Coach House is in very close proximity to the racecourse, walk/cycle route and Greenway. It is a ten minute leisurely stroll to the river via this route, making it ideal to explore Stratford upon Avon and the stunning surrounding area.

    Our slice of Cotswold's history, has been home to horse stables, The Blockley Village Library, The British Legion, Blockley Nursery School and in more recent years, The Blockley Village Cafe & Shop. The Coach House sits and looks onto the beautiful grounds of the late Norman Church, St Peter and St Paul's, which you may recognise from the BBC television series 'Father Brown. As well as having a famous neighbour, we are also located, quite conveniently adjacent from The Blockley Village Cafe & Shop. Whether it is a sweet tea, coffee, an alcoholic beverage, a fabulous breakfast, a mouth watering lunch or dinner, both the Bistro and shop are the places to visit, five steps from your front door. Further to this, in close walking proximity there are two local pubs. The Space: The Coach House was built in traditional Cotswold stone, dating back to 18th Century. The property has been newly restored, salvaging as many traditional features of it's original shell, such as, the original hard wooden flooring, exposed Cotswold stone, original windows and window seating. The living space: Amongst the old, we have also provided some modern and all important features, with the lounge boasting fast, fibre optic broadband, a smart TV - including free-view, catch up and Netflix, accompanied with a Netflix account and all passwords left for optimal use by our guests. If you feel like playing a few games, check out our TV cabinet for our goodies inside. The living room space is large and open plan, encompassing both the kitchen and the dining room in one. We have provided a large, comfortable three seat sofa, one large love seat and free standing smaller seat, for fit for one. The lounge is accompanied by two large free standing arm chairs, a coffee table, and a basket full of warm blankets to provide that extra cosy feeling. The Kitchen space: This area looks out onto the beautiful main street of Blockley Village, equipped with a Belfast sink, integrated refuge, oven, fridge, kettle and toaster, as well as all of the necessities such as table ware and cooking accessories. The dining space: Our stylish, wooden and wrought iron table will provide the perfect eating and relaxing space for you. The Master Bedroom & En-suite This space is fitted with a double bed, equipped with Egyptian cotton sheets and hotel style duvet and pillows, just what is required for that perfect night’s sleep. This room benefits from exposed Cotswold stone walls, this was the original Coach House entrance for the Horses. There is a boutique hanging rail, bedside tables and lamps, a set of draws for your belongings and an impressive en-suite bathroom, equipped with underfloor heating, to keep those toes warm. Bedroom Two: This space is fitted with a double bed, equipped with Egyptian cotton sheets and hotel style duvet and pillows, just what is required for that perfect night’s sleep. This room benefits from views of the Late Norman Church Yard, St Peter and St Paul. The room has a built-in wardrobe, bedside tables and lamps, a set of draws for your belongings and an idyllic spot to have your morning coffee or tea, sitting in our window seat area. The main bathroom: This space has been recently beautifully renovated, it has a traditional, yet stylish Cotswold feel, with exposed brick and panelled walls, boasting an extra-large shower space, traditional Victorian toilet, sink and underfloor heating. The property provides privacy and is ideally located between 7 and 11 minutes from the beautiful and picturesque villages of Broadway and Chipping Campden. Please note there is no designated parking area. However, rest assured, you will always be able to find a parking space. You will see there is a parking area at the front of the Coach House, this is open to public use. You will find a space here early morning, late afternoon and evening. Please feel free to park here if there is space. In addition to this, we own Coach House No.3 which is located next door, sleeping 2 persons. Combined, both Coach Houses can sleep up to 6 people if desired. Important things to note: The Cotswold's is a minimum 2 night stay We do accept up to 2 week long bookings
    The stunning village of Blockley, boasts fabulous countryside views, a shallow brook, walking trails and was the centre of the silk industry in the 18th and 19th Centuries. Please look inside the brown leather folder inside your home for your stay, here we have provided information for our go to's for food and drinks, to coffee and cake, walking trails and bike trails and the best places to visit when in the Cotswold's. There are buses which you will be able to access from Blockley to some of the surrounding villages, however we do recommend that you utilise and or hire a car to see the best of what the Cotswold's has to offer. In a car you are 7 to 11 minutes from the villages of Broadway and Chipping Campden and 5 to 7 minutes from Broad Campden and Paxford. If you're looking to venture outside of the Cotswolds, Stratford-Upon-Avon is 36 minutes away, Henley-in-Arden and Cheltenham is 48 minutes away.

    This is a two bedroom apartment located in the centre of Moreton in Marsh. 5 Mins from the railway station which has main line links to London, Oxford, Evesham, Worcester and Great Malvern. There are also regular bus services to Stow on the Wold, Bourton the Water, Cheltenham and Stratford upon Avon. Enjoy a break in the Cotswolds, you have the whole apartment which is private to your booking. There is a spacious master bedroom with double sleigh bed. This room also has a TV and DVD Player. The 2nd room has a single bed which can be kitted out with linen suitable for children and adults. If you required a 6th person on your booking there is a possibility of an extra bed in this room, however it would make it cosy so only really suitable for an extra child. Speak to us if you think you need this requirement. We have tried to make the hideaway a home from home. All linen is included, tea, coffee etc is provided. If you wish to use the tassimo please bring a few pods with you. WiFi is also included in the price and we have installed Now TV so you can watch anything on catch up or live on popular channels like BBC and ITV. There is a fully fitted kitchen with washing machine. The living room has a really comfy corner sofa which can be turned into a double bed also. If this is required please let us know so that we can leave out the linen for you. With views over the town centre the hideaway is in the middle of town yet retaining a quiet private feel. Local shops, pubs and restaurants are only a short walk away. There are 2 parking spaces that can be used if you bring your car.

    The apartment is up a single flight of stairs. There is a designated car parking space and it is in a quiet, suburban cul-de-sac. We have made every effort to include all essentials in our little place to meet everyones’ expectations. No Cleaning Fee. Please note: we currently do NOT offer WIFI or TV. The kitchen is fully fitted and well equipped with the standard things one might expect such as Hob (induction), Microwave with grill, Kettle, Toaster, Fridge/Freezer.     The Fire Service College is a leading residential training venue situated in the North Cotswolds just outside Moreton-in-Marsh. At weekends and during holiday periods some of our 4 star campus double/twin bedrooms are made available for guests to explore the Cotswolds and surrounding areas.
    Spacious, light room with large double bed, en-suite shower with towels and toiletries provided. There is a large wardrobe & desk area fitted with a small safe, hospitality tray and television. Hairdryers are available from reception. Shared laundry and ironing facilities are available on each floor. The room is on the second floor with stair and lift access.     This self contained annexe to a Tiddington property has its own entrance down the side of the main house, private bathroom, kitchenette, communal room, parking to the front and is less than 2 miles from Stratford-upon-Avon centre and the Royal Shakespeare Theatre.
    Access is via a shared utility room with the main property and has lockable doors once inside. Key is located in a smartlock keybox; a unique time limited code will be generated for your booking.
    The property is 2 mins walk from a local pub, Chinese and Indian restaurants and a well-stocked Spar shop. A little further is an excellent tapas restaurant and hotel restaurant. A 3 min drive will get you to Alveston with a lovely pub or the Baraset Barn gastro pub. The annexe is also just across the road from NFU mutual.

Cotswold View is a stunning contemporary property, on the ground floor of a new eco-friendly Cotswold stone farmhouse, which sits on a small farm with spectacular south easterly views across the beautiful Windrush Valley. As well as the lovely countryside views, a wide variety of wildlife can often be seen from the property, and yet the farm is located only half a mile up a country lane from the famous Cotswolds village of Bourton-on-the-Water. Affectionately known as the "Venice of the Cotswolds", due to the lovely river that meanders through the centre of the village, Bourton is surrounded by stunning countryside, with numerous walks on the doorstep, and a central location that makes it ideal for exploring the entire Cotswolds region and beyond.     Cotswold View is accessed through the farmyard, and once you reach the front door, the only thing you look out over are miles of unbroken countryside. The front door opens into the main open-plan living space of the property, with all the rooms on the same ground floor level: •Living room/kitchen/dining area: This bright and spacious open plan space has floor to ceiling windows, which offer spectacular views across the Windrush Valley. The living room area contains plenty of seating with two comfy sofas and a side chair, a very realistic wood free electric log stove, and a flatscreen TV, with a Blu-ray player. One of the sofas opens up to form a single sofa bed for children under 10, if required.The large kitchen area is well equipped, with an electric oven, four ring induction hob, fridge freezer, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster, washing machine and tumble dryer. The dining area contains a table, with seating for five; •Master bedroom: Further floor to ceiling windows provide lovely views across the Windrush Valley. The bedroom can be set up as either a super king size bed, or two single beds; •Bedroom 2: Located at the rear of the property, this room contains a double bed. There is no window in the bedroom, however the door and the wall separating the room from the main living area are glazed, to allow natural light in, with a curtain for privacy; •Family bathroom: The property layout means the bathroom can either be an ensuite or a family bathroom. It contains a bath, walk-in shower, toilet and wash basin. Immediately outside the front door is a patio area, with a table and four chairs, which is perfect for whiling away time and watching the wide array of wildlife that regularly visits the farm. The open grounds of the farm wrap around the house and extend down a grassy hill to the enclosed paddocks beyond. There is a charcoal barbecue at the property and ample off street parking is available next to the farmhouse.
    Bourton-on-the-Water is arguably one of the most popular villages of the Cotswolds, especially amongst overseas visitors. Having been nicknamed the "Venice of the Cotswolds", its scenery is the main draw for travellers. The River Windrush meanders through beautiful English countryside before passing over rapids next to the Old Mill and arriving at Bourton. The river is fed from many springs, with the source approximately ten miles from the village and, after flowing under the bridges of Bourton, it passes other villages before eventually joining the Thames. There are various attractions in the village, including the famous Birdland, which is home to a variety of birds from around the world. Here visitors can see parrots, pelicans, flamingos and penguins to name just a few, with experienced keepers feeding the birds and leading demonstrations. The Model Village is well worth a visit, as Bourton is the only village in the Cotswolds to have a one-ninth scale replica of itself. It is carefully maintained and has all of the characterful buildings including the Old Water Mill and the Old New Inn. Those lucky enough to witness snow in the winter months will notice photographers at the model village trying to get the perfect picture of the snowy scene.

    there is one designated parking space outside of the property, the Coach House would also suit a small family, with a travel cot, high chair etc all being provided.
    the village has lots of shops, tea shops and plenty of things to do, with many stunning walks, Lower Slaughter is just a short walk away from the Coach House, where there is a lovely riverside cafe, which serves the best homemade cakes!!we provide a picnic basket so sitting by the river with a bottle of wine on a warm day is just perfect.

    Not suitable for those with mobility issue.Suitable for one person or two people. There is one king size bed. I have put no kids but it might be suitable for a single parent and child if they don’t mind sharing.
    Fantastic views,Chipping Norton has a theatre, pubs, restaurants, and tea rooms. We are near Soho Farmhouse.
