The property is on two levels, with entrance from the main street where there is also access to the garage.
The interior of the property is stunning, on the first floor a large 30 sq. mt. lounge furnished with ultra modern furniture, large comfortable sofas, and access to a private high walled patio which has been turned into a modern chill out area with small swimming pool with incorporated massage shower. The kitchen is ultra modern and well equipped with all modern electrical devices. On this floor there is also a small washroom with w.c. and washbasin.
From the lounge there is an open staircase leading to the second floor of the property which consists of 3 spacious bedrooms all with large double beds and one with en-suite bathroom with walk in shower, a large full size complete bathroom, a utility room with washing machine and a small relax/ reading room which has a sofa bed ideal for an extra person.
All furnishings in the house are designer fashion and the decoration of the whole house is very modern in grey and white, with lots of high quality details.
