I also have a fold up bed under my single one that can be taken out for other guest in room same size, as regular single.
So I could old 2 in room, bear in mind is single room but can hold 2 beds.
We live in a two story 3 bedroom house
Husband Padraig, wife Bridget also two boys age 9 other 5 years.
Our house is in a town estate 5 minute walk into town.
The green way walk is right on our door step also a play ground.
Estate nice and quiet, friendly to adults and children.

Home is warm. Can sit out back if weather permits. Walls high and back gate so can put bike in if want rent one out while here.
