Rustic style apartment in small 16 unit complex, parking, pool. Adults only & no pets. Access is steep, short hillside. Car is convenient but not necessary if you enjoy walking/Uber.
Shopping is 15 min walk w/Taxi stand for return.

This condo has fabulous ocean views and sunrises. It is basic, affordable accommodation. It has not been remodeled and is in original rustic state of 30 years ago. There has been a few updates but it is NOT in form of 'luxury' or 'all inclusive' lifestyle. It has all one needs for a comfortable, enjoyable stay. There is a TV that can stream your Netflix, Youtube etc. There is no network programming.
The complex has many returning guests each year. You will find friendly, helpful but respectful folks in this small (16 unit) complex.
Building is adults only, no children, no pets are permitted. Most of the residents are 40++ years of age. There are no facilities or precautions for children.
Locating the address the first time requires attention as it not marked. Please keep the photos of access and directions with you to show driver.
There is the main road at the bottom of the short steep hill and some traffic noise. It does not bother most people. But if you are super noise sensitive, this is not for you. The bedrooms are at the back and quiet for sleeping.
