We are very close to several medical facilities, next door to the Mercer Fine Arts Center, and are about 2 miles from I-75 (for you weary travelers looking for somewhere to lay your head). This property would be perfect for a traveling nurse/doctor.
This modern private studio apartment inside the historical home. It has a king bed, flat screen smart tv, desk, dresser, tiled bathroom, free standing tub with a hand held shower head, shower curtain, and a dual vanity. There is a kitchenette that includes a mini refrigerator, microwave, and single serve coffee maker. There is a separate heat pump/air conditioner that controls the upstairs apartment. The Suite has a ceiling fan and is furnished with linens, 4 towel sets, 2 trash bags, 2 rolls of toilet paper, 2 rolls of paper towels, 2 individual coffee pods, shampoo, and hand soap. The apartment has wifi and cable.
Please, no smoking, no pets, and absolutely NO parties allowed as this is a residential area. Also note, the fireplace is not usable because it is sealed up. Please, NO FIRES!! Feel free to park right outside on the street in front of the home, in the parking lot next door, or on the driveway behind the home.

Once your reservation is confirmed, you will receive an email the day before arrival that contains entry instructions. You will enter through the front door on the "big house" using a code provided (please make sure an lock door behind you). You will then go up the stairs to Suite 3 and use a different code provided for the lockbox to obtain key for the door.
