When you are ready to get out and out, your lake access point is just a short drive or walk through the community. Enjoy days on or by the water and return home for a game of pool in the lower level. Your favorite meals can be cooked on the grill as you take in even more sun on the wrap deck. Looking to eat out? No worries! Plenty of fantastic restaurants await nearby. When the day finally comes to a close, collapse back into those plush beds for a much needed nights rest before jumpstarting your next day with some fresh coffee and fresh mountain and lake air. This home comes with free access to the Community Aquatic Recreation Center (CARC)! This fitness and wellness complex, located in the central Deep Creek Lake area, offers a modern gym and a full-size indoor pool. The free CARC membership is available to all guests in the home for the duration of your stay, up to the home’s full occupancy.

Payments for these fees are required up front to secure your early arrival and/or late departure. You can message us about availability of an early check-in or late check-out, with the additional fee, through your Airbnb Dashboard. We do not permit anyone to access rental properties earlier than their scheduled arrival time, unless they have set up an early check-in ahead of time.

UPON ARRIVAL, THE CLEANING PERSONNEL MAY BE ON THE PREMISES UNTIL 6:30PM.
