Stay in a beautifully renovated bank barn set on a pastoral 80-acre farm in the foothills of South Mountain. This fully furnished Apartment features a large open sunny space, 3 bedrooms, 1 1/2 bath, & kitchen. Renting the whole barn is also possible for larger groups!

Stay in a true timber frame, post and beam, beautifully renovated bank barn set on a pastoral 80-acre farm in the foothills of South Mountain. Located in Boonsboro, MD, Over the Mountain Farm's Barn features rustic décor and antique furnishings, with a view of Beaver Creek from the large barn floor-to-ceiling windows and view of the sunset from the barn’s front porch swing. You and your family or friends will have a lovely three bedroom, 1 & ½ bathroom, fully furnished enclosed apartment, but may also opt to rent the entire barn for a larger party that includes an additional private bedroom/bathroom on the other side and a large middle barn-room with large farm table, comfy sofas, and a foosball table (also can rent the single room separately). You will be welcomed with a basket of fresh fruit – all waiting for you in the Barn kitchen upon check-in.

Your stay includes towels and bedding, a hair dryer, fully furnished kitchen (in apartment only), and a map of this stunning property with hiking trails marked. The rooms have central air conditioning and heat, of course! There is a lovely front porch to the barn with porch swing, bench and picnic table, over looking our 82-acre farm.

The 3-bedroom apartment is available for 200.00 for up to five guests. The entire barn rents for $300.00 per night.
There is not internet service or television for this barn, set on a working produce farm. Guest can access internet from their personal phone Wi-Fi.
You will be able to control your air conditioning for the apartment at a thermostat on the kitchen wall.
The large two-story high center shared room has central heating, but does not have central AC. However, there are two large fans and cross ventilation.
