Luxury home in the Boise foothills has a magnificent view of the Valley and Owyhee Mts. 3 BD, 2.5 BA sleeps 6 comfortably. Chef's kitchen, spa-like Master suite, and outdoor oasis with a pool, we are a destination in itself and so close to Summer fun. Hike the foothills. Rent rafts at Barber Park. Our East Boise location is 5 minutes to the Boise River, Warm Springs Golf, the Greenbelt, Bown Crossing and Harris Ranch. DT Boise and St. Luke's hospital under 10 minutes. Pool available May-Sept.

This listing is for a completely private 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom home located in a peaceful East Boise Foothills neighborhood. We are located on the Mesa below Table Rock, within 5 minutes of the Greenbelt, Boise River, Bown Crossing, and Warm Springs Golf Course. Within 10 minutes is Downtown Boise, Harris Ranch, and the airport and just 48 mins from Bogus Basin! Run, walk, ride bikes along the Greenbelt to so many places. Downtown, multiple parks, The Discovery Center, the Zoo, BSU…the destinations are endless.

Our chic and stylish chalet sleeps 6 people. There are no shared spaces in the home. It's perfect for working professionals and/or families who are looking for a cozy getaway (or staycation!) with a bright and cheerful workspace and fast WiFi. Here's an overview of the layout of our space!

Downstairs:
Enter through the front door into a entry way. Straight ahead on the left are bedrooms #1 and #2, and to the right are stairs leading up to the main floor.

Bedroom #1 can sleep up to 3, with a twin-over-full bunk bed. Children will enjoy the use of the games in the bedroom.

One room over is bedroom #2, featuring a Queen size bed and a television.

There is one full bathroom located downstairs, with a shower/tub combo.

Upstairs:
Head upstairs and enter into the main living area/great room. This is likely where you will do most of your relaxing!

Our bright and open living space features comfortable seating for the whole group. A Smart TV with streaming capability will allow you to log in and binge your favorite shows. The balcony with twinkle lights offers the perfect place to enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning or an evening glass of wine as you look out over stunning views of the Owyhee mountains surrounding the Treasure Valley.

The dining room offers seating for 8 and our large, well-stocked chef's kitchen provides everything you will need to cook meals for your group. Enjoy use of the gas oven and 6 burner stove as well as the prep sink in the kitchen island. We have a wine cooler available to keep your evening beverage at the perfect temperature. There's plenty of storage for stays of any length. There is a TV in the kitchen so you can enjoy your favorite TV shows while you cook.

There is an office off of the dining room you are welcome to use for work-from-home needs, with a desk and comfy loveseat. This room has beautiful views of the pool!

The master suite offers a true oasis, with King size bed and two closets. The en-suite bathroom features double sinks, a soaker tub, and double shower with 3 different shower heads, including a rain head, and LED lighting.

Backyard:
Our back yard is a true oasis! Our private pool and patio offer plenty of space for your entire group to relax, unwind, and reconnect, with ample patio seating. (Note: Pool & BBQ are available seasonally, around late spring to October 1st)

These extra cleanings help keep our home an enjoyable place for all renters and really help our cleaning crews at the time of checkout.

The neighborhood is one of the best if you're looking to have a great time in the Boise outdoors or in the City.

Barber Park at the Boise River, with public floating available in the summer, is just about 2.5 miles away- a 7 minute drive. This is a must-do activity while visiting the area!

Other outdoor activities abound, with the Boise Greenbelt for running, walking, or cycling within walking distance. Table Rock, a popular hiking spot and photo op, is located just above our neighborhood. The entrance to the hiking trail is 5 mins away. There are numerous other hiking trails nearby as well.

Several lovely golf courses are in the surrounding area, with Warm Springs Golf Course located at the bottom of our neighborhood.

Bown Crossing, a shopping, dining, and entertainment hub of Boise, is 2.5 miles away. With fabulous dining and a public library, Bown Crossing is one of Boise's most desirable neighborhoods, due to the liveability and walkability of the area. The Idaho Shakespeare Festival, running outdoor shows in the summer and early fall, is an 8 minute drive away. Bring a picnic and enjoy Shakespeare plays, musicals, and other shows.

Central Downtown Boise is located 3.9 miles away, just down Warm Springs from our home. St Luke's hospital is 10 minutes away.

Boise State University is a 10 minute drive from the house. Don't miss seeing a football game on the Smurf Turf!

Lucky Peak state park is a short drive away, with Idaho City beyond about 45 mins away. It is a beautiful drive!

Winter (or Summer) Fun!! Our home is located in a very convenient location for those who enjoy winter or summer sports- Bogus Basin is only 22 miles away.

Heading out farther West into the Treasure Valley? The Village at Meridian, with shopping, restaurants, a park, and a theater is 14 miles away. Northwest Nazarene University is about a 40 minute drive away, with College of Idaho and Idaho Wine Country located just beyond that.
