The place we are offering will truly give you a taste of the state, and we are really excited to host you in this big flat of ours!

1. We are surrounded by greenery(kitchen garden, flower garden, lawn and a tea garden just 2 mins away).
2. We have a beautiful terrace which you can access and utilise for small events like birthday parties, mehendi, haldi etc.
3. The hall is big! Really big! Can accommodate two more people, if informed in advance
4. The house is very spacious and airy, and has great (natural) lighting
5. Accessibility- 45 mins from Mohanbari Airport, 10 mins from the bus stand and 15 mins from the railway station
6. Lots and lots of beautiful places to visit nearby - Tea gardens, Dibru saikhowa National park, maguri beel, Guijan ghat(river brahmaputra etc)
7. Grocery store is just 2 mins away
8. A team of 2 to help you out, if needed
9. Furnished - kitchen is free to use
10. The house will make you feel safe and comfortable - you will be surrounded by professional and caring neighbours, and us too! It's a gated society.
11. Ample parking space- can park upto 4 cars
12. Other arrangements like mattress, etc. can be arranged if informed in advance
