Please go Outside and be Respectful of the unit and neighbors. Supplies • Mop, Broom,Ironing Board, broom in the Closet. Hair Dryer, Iron in Bathroom. • 4 Towels, hand towels and wash clothes can be found in the bedrooms for you. They are inventoried after each stay. • Laundry is located next door. Go through the Green fence to the left of the entry door and go straight down the stairs next door. Pay laundry is in and to the left. The keys are hanging in the kitchen. • Tv has a Roku with access to Youtube Tv for all the channels.

You have access to a full gym located in the brick building below. Entry door is green on the side of the building. There is a code for the deadbolt. Code is Schlage (top button) then ****. Hours are from 4:30a - 10:00pm Please ALWAYS lock the deadbolt when you are inside. When you leave you just have to hit the Schlage button and turn the deadbolt closed. DO NOT use the handle lock. No Street Shoes in gym and Enjoy the Workout!
Checkout List Wash all the dishes you used during the stay. Please strip the beds and leave the sheets, pillow cases, and towels next to the door. (not the mattress cover) Bring Trash out to the trash Can. It is located behind the green fence next to the entry Door. It is labeled 263 Apt 1. There is a blue recycling container too, No Plastic bags and Please Break down boxes. ( city will not take it otherwise) Lock the downstairs door and put the key back in the Lock Box before you leave. Late Checkout results in a $50 extra charge. Remember there is another guest arriving at 3:00 and the cleaning person needs time to get in and properly clean.

I moved to this house 10 years ago and haven’t had any issues with the neighborhood. It is called Northend and is directly north of Dt St. Paul, you can actually see the state capital from the upstairs window.
It is a middle to low income class neighborhood. I own the brick building on the corner and the house that has the unit in it. They appraise at about 300k each. We are 1 mile from very high end neighborhoods such as cathedral hill and Como Zoo . The location is very strategic and in the middle of everything. Easy to Uber anywhere Dt St. Paul for about $8.
I own the parking lot in back for one parking spot and all of my tenants are great. I also know all of my neighbors. While there are no Starbucks on the corner this location offers a lot of value.
