This 4/2 home is shared with owner, both use the gate to access property. 3/1 is separate living, entertaining, BBQ area for guest only. Pool is shared with guests & owner. Guest have there own entrance ample parking out front make sure you park left of the letter box on brick pavers do not park on the road. Quite cul-de-sac, close to shops, beach and Hillarys boat harbour. Please be aware there are 2 dogs on property but are total separate from guests & guest areas. No other pets allowed
