This listing is a separate private suite located on the ground floor of a large house. There are no shared spaces and there is NO kitchen.
We are only a 5 minute walk to Leura Mall, and a 5 minute drive to Katoomba.
Our intention is to offer guests a bright and spacious but private environment.
Guests will enjoy their own private entrance. There are 2 bedrooms (1 main with Queen size and 2 single beds) and a leisure room.
HOST ON SITE but will be absent
Pets: only small sized non shedding

Bathroom comes fully equipped however additional items can be requested
Ample storage space available
Gas heater in the leisure room
Ironing board and iron provided
Smart TV with Netflix login provided (no live TV available)
There is NO kitchen/kitchenette downstairs. We provide a fridge, kettle, microwave and disposable tableware.
There is also a bathroom with a sink where you can wash any crockery.
There is a gas heater and gas fireplace in the leisure room to keep you cosy warm in winter, electric blankets on the beds, and two fans are provided during spring and summer. Spare blankets can also be provided for your comfort.

PLEASE NOTE :
$20 cleaning fee only includes getting the house clean before guests arrive and after guests depart.
Children are welcome but must be supervised at all times.
PETS : small non-shedding pets only as there is limited outdoor space for larger pets to roam freely

The main house is accessible through internal and external stairs however this will always be locked.

The space you’ll be staying in will be the ground floor of the main house. There is no kitchen/kitchenette downstairs but there is a bathroom with a sink where you can wash any crockery and we provide disposable items as well.
We also have a small senior dog upstairs who may (but rarely) bark but she’s kept in a secure room
