It is detached from the main home so it is very private. However, you must walk outside around the back of the home to access inside the main house to get to the shared bathrooms. You have access to the full kitchen and living area spaces inside the main house which are shared with other guests.

I've been an Airbnb host since 2013 and have hosted in Orlando, Fl., Heidelberg, Germany and Asheville, NC. I am currently living part-time in North Carolina and part-time in Orlando. At the moment, I am living in Asheville, NC and frequently visit Orlando. About the Orlando Home: Andrew is my full time tenant who helps take care of the property and guest needs. He lives on site and can usually help out if you can’t reach me. I also have a team of well-trained cleaning staff who supervise at a five star hotel nearby. If my property manager can’t help accommodate you, then Shamara or my father can swing by to help out. If you have a question or concern, you can text or call me anytime.
