An ideal launching point to hike the area. Suggestive place for who love tranquility in a small and ancient village overlooking the Gulf of La Spezia at 360 meters above sea level. The city is 5 km away. Ideal for who love walking: a few meters from the house you can dive into a forest of chestnut trees on the path in direction of: Portovenere- Riomaggiore- "Tramonti" localities. These paths are contended by the sea and the mountain, surrounded by unique and breathtaking landscapes
숙소
The house is immersed in a unique place on the border of the national park of the "Cinque Terre". I recommended you to visit "Tramonti", places that overlook on the sea like a balcony and can only be reached on foot (1.30 hours walk for the first "Tramonti" locality). So prepare your mountain shoes and your swimsuit: both are usefull here. The house is small and cozy, set on two floors, with a courtyard that can be used outdoor dining, reading, relaxing and sunbathing. It's an old peasant house equipped with essential comforts.
The entrance is on the courtyard, you enter the kitchen and then through a staircase you go upstairs. Here there is a first room with a bed, the second one is bigger, has a queen size bed and gives access to the bathroom and the balcony. On the courtyard also overlook: a utility room and a small bathroom with a washing machine. We are renovating the storage closet so it will not be accessible. We remind you that we can accommodate three to four people in comfort, If more people want to stay they will have to adapt to smaller spaces. You will have bed linen and towels.
All the spaces in the house are accessible for the exclusive use of guests, except the indipendent storage closet in the courtyard.

위치
Biassa, La Spezia,
The house is located in an area that can only be reached on foot, by bike or by motorbike, less than a five minute walk from the first parking area. It's very close to a woods and on the path that leads to the sea of the Cinque Terre, Tramonti and Portovenere. The village lies on the hill, and is characterized by small streets that can only be travaled on foot, typically Ligurian ("carrugi"), connected by characteristic stairways and stone arches. Regarding its history there are no historical findings before 1563. Until the second post-war period it was always a paesant-rural village clinging to the mountain, like many other villages of the "Cinque Terre". The "Biassee" families had many plots of lands in the "tramonti" localities: the paths that connect Biassa and "Tramonti" were used by local inhabitants to work according to a centuries-old tradition. Today these paths are traveled by tourists who looking for a quieter place than the overcrowded Cinque Terre. The excellent geographical position of the "Tramonti" guaranteed to "Biassei" furthemore a quality productions: some inhabitants remember that the grapes of their parents were the ones that ended earlier in the markets of the "Cinque Terre".
In Biassa you can also find a grocery store, a pizzeria, a restaurant ("La Locanda del Gallese") and a well-known bakery that provides bread to many bakeries and restaurants in the area. We like that our house is in the upper and quieter part of Biassa. In our home we love to sleep in peace and breathe clean air; we like his stay on the path that leads to the church of S. Antonio, the sanctuary of Montenero, the beautiful area of Tramonti and the Cinque Terre park- World-Unesco World Heritage. It's lovely in the summer or in spring, eating outside in the open air in the courtyard; or chat with the neighbors, the kind ladies Chiara and Jole.

Ciao, Claudio.
