• Walking distance to some of LA's best restaurants, bars and theaters and a WALKING SCORE of 97!
• My place is great for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families with kids.
• 12-15 minute walk to LA Live, 9 minute walk to Bottega Louie, and 15 minute walk to downtown’s Broad Museum, Walt Disney Concert Hall and MOCA.
• No Parking: Besides street parking there is a parking garage just at the corner.
