Nothing is more important to us than the health and safety of our communities. We are monitoring the situation very closely, and we would like to share the additional precautions that have been recently added. All amenities at this property have been closed. We have increased our cleaning standards, specifically as it relates to cleaning and disinfecting surfaces. This is all very necessary for the safety of guests, and we must do our part to keep this community safe.

We have a zero-tolerance policy for parties or gatherings. We use a noise sensor to detect the noise level inside the suite, a people counter which counts the number of people nearby, in addition to numerous neighbors who are understandably more sensitive during this time. The guest amount on your reservation must match the number of guests that will be inside the suite at any given time. We do utilize our local law enforcement if you cannot abide by these rules and you will be asked to vacate at your own expense.
Our one-bedroom apartment is furnished with a queen bed, a couch, and a queen-sized air mattress. It has everything you & your guests need to enjoy your stay in Columbus! The kitchen is adorned with stainless steel appliances, a Keurig coffee maker, and basic cookware to cook simple meals for a cozy night in! There's a smart TV with Roku and Netflix (there is no cable) & free WiFi! A washer and dryer are also available inside the apartment for your convenience.
A parking garage is located off-site, however it is paid at your own expense. Free street parking may be available nearby.

You can access the building anytime after 3pm by using the lockbox to obtain the keys. We ask that you respect our home and the quiet hours of the community. Our home is not baby proofed, and may not be ideal for families with very small children; however, children are welcome at your own discretion.
