Beautiful, fully furnished basement apartment, with separate entrance and private patio. Located in the heart of Fort Collins, where you are not more than 10 minutes from anything! (Horsetooth Reservior, Downtown Fort Collins, shopping, Front Range Community College, etc.) Ridgeview Park less than a block from location.

Washer and Dryer is for guests private use. Guests are completely undisturbed unless I have to come down to adjust a breaker, change a furnace filter, or in case of an emergency. Private patio is for your use. Please do not go into backyard. Key is for leaving the apartment, to lock door when inside apartment, dowl rod is provided to place in sliding door.
There is no cable or local channels on either television, but both of them are equipped with Chromecast for streaming. You will need the Google Home App.
Guests are responsible for shoveling their walkway. Shovel and ice melt will be provided.
