This is a very small and private room in my basement. I keep a dehumidifier in the summer and a humidifier in the winter to keep the basement at a comfortable room temperature (22-24degrees) at 45-55% Humidity. The basement has two bedrooms that share laundry machines and bathroom. Bathroom is quite spacious, large counter space and separation for two guests. Stand up shower and toilet.

I have a friendly German Shepard Dog and a Cat that roam freely. If you are not into pets please avoid eye contact and ignore them, this tends to work best.
