Welcome to Barrett's Cabin located in the foothills of the White Mountains, steps away from Hancock Pond and just 50 minutes to Portland, 35 to North Conway and 15 to Bridgton, Shawnee Peak, and Renys. Open concept first floor, 2 bedrooms upstairs, 1 bedroom above the garage (seasonal), 1 bathroom, a paved driveway for up to 6 cars plus a Boat Port. Enjoy the out-door shower, fire-pit, and quick access to snowmobile trails and boat launch. Bring your boat or use our kayak to enjoy lake living.

We are located on Wabunaki Rd which is a dirt road that is approximately 1.25 miles in length. We are .25 miles in from the beginning. The road follows the shoreline of Hancock Pond and connects to Sand Pond Rd which follows the shoreline of Sand Pond aka Walden Pond. Excellent for walking and running!
