Welcome to a small cozy studio where you can peacefully spend your time and rest. At your disposal there is a comfortable bed, tea and coffee, a fridge, a large table where you could work, read or dine.
The kitchen is shared and is located on the same floor.
The apartment is situated in the nicest area: grocery stores (among them Prisma working 24/7), cafes and bars, R-kioski, bus stops and a swimming pool are within a walking distance.

- The apartment is situated in the accommodation inhabited mainly by students, so you can hear the noise outside when you open the window.
- I keep some of my personal belongings in the apartment, nevertheless at your disposal there is an area for your coats and shoes, shelves with utencils, mugs and dishes, a large table to work and dine, a drawer, a fridge and all the bathroom space. All in all, everything is negotiable and I can arrange more space for your things if needed.
- The kitchen is common and is located on the same floor. Since it is shared with other tenants of the house, I DO NOT TAKE responsibility for its condition.
- There is a laundry area in the house with two washing machines and dryers. They have to be booked in advance, so if you want to use them, we need to discuss the matter asap.
- The house is quite old, nevertheless I guarantee that everything I am responsible for, such as the room’s cleanliness, will be in its best condition.
