We’re offering a welcoming safe and nicely decorated private room. The private room includes a double bed, built-in wardrobe, table lamp, studying table & chair that has everything you would expect. The living area includes dining table, Wi-Fi, and kitchenette. The kitchen is provided with microwave, fridge, , cutlery, plates, bowls, glasses and coffee mugs. Guests can also sit outside on the porch. We also provide cereal & milk.

Our house is 3 minutes on foot to Western Sydney Uni, 7 mins on foot to Kingswood Station, or Nepean Hospital, close to local food, restaurants and shops. Right in front of our house is Chapman Garden, it's great for jogging or lawn ball.
