This adorable home is located on a large property with 3 other homes, each have their own private outdoor space, water views, and a large shared yard, perfect for summer fun! The first floor of this home offers a kitchen with a small eat-in area, as well as a living room section with a sofa and TV; you can see the water from the sofa and the kitchen which is a great addition to the wood interior, and feels like the inside of a boat. A full bathroom is beside the living area, with a shower sink and toilet. Upstairs, a master bedroom offers plenty of space to stretch out and relax, and a large set of horizontal windows give great light and tranquil views of the cove and lawn below. This home is cozy, but offers plenty of space for two guests, and is a great place to enjoy summer in Cape Cod; do some outdoor grilling beside the deck, lounge out on the lawn, visit the nearby beach, and come home to a cozy fun spot to enjoy your evenings by the water.
