The Louie II welcomes family and good friends to enjoy the bright space and outdoor entertaining potential of this three bedroom home, complete with 2 acres of land, garden and hot tub with privacy fencing. Located in Accord, just minutes to the tows of High Falls, Stone Ridge and Kerhonkson, its wonderfully situated for exploring the natural wonders of the countryside or the bustling nearby towns.

KITCHEN: The dine-in kitchen includes a gas stove, oven, dishwasher and stainless steel refrigerator as well as ample cabinet space for storage.
LIVING SPACE: The living room includes a Smart TV (please use your own credentials for streaming services) as well as a record player with a collection of music for your enjoyment.
OUTDOOR SPACE: The house offers everything you need for year-round entertaining. There are charcoal and propane grills available as well as a bistro table for dining al fresco as well as a hot tub. The backyard area is perfect for enjoying the fire pit an outdoor games.
SLEEPING SPACE
Bedrooms include:
- Master Bedroom: Queen bed
- Guest Room 1: Full bed
- Guest Room 2: Single bed
The house is located on a road with other homes but has privacy and fencing to allow you to feel secluded. You can walk along the road and explore nearby trails, creeks and more.
You are also nearby to:
- High Falls – 10 minutes
- Stone Ridge – 9 minutes
- Kerhonkson – 8 minutes
- Kingston – 28 minutes
- New Paltz – 22 minutes
- Woodstock – 35 minutes
Home Sweet Hudson, our local vacation rental management company is available provide you with guest support, troubleshoot any issues that could arise and help plan your stay.
These services are a la carte and paid directly to the vendor, minus the hassle of finding reputable options!
Some options include:
- Private yoga class
- Personal chef
- Private massage session
- Restaurant reservations
If you are interested in any of these services, please message us to coordinate for your stay, and if there is an activity you're interested in that's not on the list, please let us know and we'll do our best to accommodate. For special occasions and groups, we are happy to create a customized itinerary of your trip with all details included.
Pets: The house is dog friendly but they must be crated if left alone at the house. We ask that owners pick up after their dogs and that they don't sleep on any beds or furniture. Only 1 dog per reservation for a $50 fee.
As the property is located in the country a car is highly recommended (for winter all wheel drive). There are local car services, including Uber, available, allow extra time for driver to arrive as compared to NYC. Feel free to ask us for local taxi service information.
