This is a downstairs apartment with separate access through the garage. My husband and I live upstairs so we are available if needed, but guests have privacy. TV and free internet. The kitchen is equipped with a stove, fridge, microwave and toaster. One bedroom has a queen sized bed and the second bedroom has a double bed. Although the unit can sleep 4 people, the lounge is small (3m x 3m) and maybe crowded with more than 3 people.
Quiet and safe neighbourhood. Parking is on the drive or road.

The Kingscliff beach and surf club, shops and cafes are a 10 minute walk, 700 metres, down the hill.
We are 16 km south of Coolangatta Airport and 31 km south of Varsity Lakes train station.
