Gated community with bike paths, great for early morning/late evening walks. Golf, hiking, performing arts center, shopping, casinos, all a short drive. 12 minutes to Indio Polo Club, home to the Coachella and Stagecoach music festivals. Clubhouse w/gym on the grounds. Three pools, three spas.
