Perry District. Near downtown. Private driveway. Main floor space has two bedrooms. One room has a king size bed, large dresser, vanity and large closet, other has a full bed, two dressers, a vanity, and a closet. 3/4 bathroom has a full length mirror and a walk in shower. Full kitchen includes a full-size refrigerator, range, microwave and dishwasher. Keurig and cookware, dishes and cutlery. Living room has tv with WiFi, reclining sofa and loveseat and a recliner.

Hardwood floors throughout, many windows provide ample natural light. Space is heated via forced air. Window air conditioning available upon request
