Quiet, country setting w/ apple trees, berries and gardens. Warm in-floor radiant heating during the winter and AC for the summer. Soak in the Colorado sunshine w/ the passive solar design & relax in the evenings to mountain sunsets, while enjoying a fire pit on the back porch. Give your soul what it needs.

This home sits on 1 acre next door to our personal residence. We do have kids, a dog, and chickens that you may see running around. 2 Commuter Bikes to get into town are on site and can be used at no cost.
