Check-in is keyless (deadbolt keypad). Excellent airconditioning & heating (relatively new). Cool house in the summer (hardwood), warm in the winter (guests can use indoor fireplace).
Guests can use the dining, living and kitchen (with dishwasher). The TV is Roku equipped and for you to enjoy.

Sugar Browns is a few blocks away (a TTU favorite coffee shop). Down the same road, Pizza Hut, McDonalds, Taco Villa, Wendy's, McAlisters Deli and more, line the road leading to Texas Tech University. A park with a tennis court is 2 blocks away. The neighbors are friendly.
