Close to the most important centers of the south of the island, restaurants, beaches and supermarkets.

This Villa is a unique place for families and friends and working from home; It is located in the best golf area of Gran Canaria, a quiet place, but close to important areas.
The beach is two steps away, there is a protected road of passage of the road, the urbanization has private security and access control.
First line to the sea and total privacy.

The villa has a private swimming pool heated the whole year around, perfect for swimming. It includes a Jacuzzi in the main corridor with views to the garden.
THe kitchen is fully equipt.
There is a barbecue to enjoy and of course there is a laundry room for you to use it anytime you need it.
As for the cars, the villa has a private garage for more than one car and right at the door there are plenty car parks that can be used.
