A safe and affordable place to stay. Full kitchen and dining area, a desk to work at, TV with Netflix included, 7’ ceilings, and close access to grocery stores and parks!
Located 15 minutes to BYU and UVU campuses, 45 to SLC, and 2 minutes to the mouth of the Provo Canyon.

Each bedroom has a key lock on the door so you can keep your personal items in your bedroom safely.
The ceilings are a bit short, about 6’10 overall and 6’ where the ventilation is.
Upstairs is occupied by a small family with a baby-expect to hear noise from upstairs such as screaming, crying, etc. The sound barrier can be pretty good, but it’s not soundproof. You might hear floorboards creak from upstairs, noise from other guests, and other noise. There is a sound machine found in each room for use during your stay.

Harmons Grocery is right around the corner. Smiths Food and Drug is not too far either (short drive, nice walk.) Cascade Park and Sharon park are close by and the mouth of Provo Canyon is about a 2 minute drive away!
