Newly renovated very comfortable modern guest house. Very Bright inviting space. Everything is brand new, 1 queen bed and 1 fold out couch suitable for 2 adults and a child or 3 adults. Flat screen TV, chrome cast, Free wifi, microwave, fridge, electric frypan, slow cooker, convection oven, toaster, cutlery and utensil, ironing board and iron, coffee and tea supplies, kettle, fresh linen and towels including 2 bath robes, split cycle air conditioner, hairdryer and radio in your room. BBQ that you may use anytime. Private toilet and your own private outdoor shower just outside your room! We also provide cereal, coffee, tea and milk for breakfast. along with some other pantry supplies for your convenience. Secure locks, blackout blinds and Garden space. Smoking is ok in the garden area.

We have no stairs, all access to the property is at street level. There is also plenty of space on street parking.
