Privacy and lots of room to spread out in this over 1600 square foot home with 2 living areas, each with a 50" Smart TV, 2 full bathrooms and a fenced yard. Remodeled in 2020 with granite countertops, hardwood floors, and modern appliances. Situated in the centrally located neighborhood close to I-40. Near the medical center, restaurants and entertainment and just 10 minutes from downtown.

Each of the 2 bedrooms comfortably sleeps 2 on the New Zinus Green Tea Memory Foam Mattresses. The Den has a Sealy Futon that pulls out to a queen bed. Additionally, the den can accommodate a queen size air mattress that is available. If you need even more space the large comfy couch in the living area can be made into a great bed. The Den area and one full bath are on the south end of the home and the Living room and 2 bedrooms and the hall bath are on the north end of the home. Spread out and enjoy!

Typically traveling for business . Appreciate great WiFi and privacy. I drink lots of coffee... probably too much! Fitness is important to me so I love to know where the best and closest gyms are located. Love to run as well so enjoy a safe runnable neighborhood.
