JoAnn and Arnold have worked on restoring this home for the past 27 years as a 4 plex which was built in 1904. We live in one apt and lease out the other three. We operated with a minimum lease of one month. and with one guest per unit. As extended stay, similar to hotels, ie: clean unit every two weeks including sheets and towels. JoAnn is a retired RN and Arnold is is a retired lab and professional engineer, PE. We have 7 children, 13 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren.
